Rachael (Nightgirl) singer, songwriter, drums, keys, flute, has been performing since 2012 under the band name Adventures of Nightgirl, featuring guest rappers, saxophones and trombones. Rachael currently performs with UR LOVE (Conner Wright). The sets incorporate funky instrumentals, flute solos and harmonies. Inspired by the likes of Morcheeba, Tori Amos, Fiona Apple, Bjork, Etta James and Cat Power. Rachael favours minor chords and vocal hooks, and loves improvising with other players.
